1. Shipping Areas

  • Shipping is available to all governorates across Egypt.

  • Orders are delivered through trusted shipping partners.

2. Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–5 business days

  • Alexandria: 1–2 business days

  • Other governorates: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.

3. Shipping Cost

  • Shipping fees vary depending on the region.

  • Customers are informed of the exact cost before confirming their order.

4. Order Delivery

  • Customers must ensure that the phone number and address provided are correct.

  • The shipping company will attempt to contact the customer 2–3 times.

  • If there is no response, the order will be returned, and the customer may bear the shipping cost.

5. Product Inspection & Receipt

  • Customers have the right to inspect the product before payment.

  • In case of any issue, the customer must contact us immediately within 24 hours.
